I'm using for products from India this spring. I'm added things like Amla, Shaikaikai, Brahmi. So far it's loosening my curls, my hair is super soft and moist, I notice that it looks healthy too.
Yes! I love spring. I started thinking about it before it even got cold, LOL. I already posted my spring/warm weather regimen on my blog. Significant changes are more washes and the inclusion of glycerin into my product rotation.
Ditto Tia! I'm adding glycerin, except I don't like how it doesn't allow me to hold my stretched styles, like stretched twistouts. I'm also getting rid of my cantu sheabutter leave in and replacing it with the water/glycerin mix. Trying to get to the basics!
I've started to use Aloe Vera Juice for scalp massages. I let it sit on my hair and scalp for 30 minutes covered with a plastic cap, and then I rinse it off or co-wash. So far so good! This is actually a part of my April Aloe Vera Challenge on my blog... Http://tresschronicles.blogspot.com
Aloe is supposed to promote hair growth and prevent hair loss! That's a win-win in my opinion!

ReplyDeleteWashing once a week, retwisting (locs) wth no gel, just water, olive oil and honey. Thats it!
