There's much to love about Issac Mizrahi's Spa 2010 collection. My favorite assets from the collection: the candy store inspired textiles, using neon colors as neutrals, stocking cap-like head wraps, great belts, large flower-like embellishments, figure-flattering wrap tops, the black and white prints and the great suits.
