Sleeping With Your Hair

I typically wear a satin bonnet or scarf on a satin pillowcase. Once a week I may deep condition overnight and I'll wear a plastic shower cap with a towel turban. How do you protect your hair when you sleep or do you? Please participate in the poll.

  1. I actually sleep with nothing on my hair and I don't have any split ends, nor is my hair dry. Hey, if it's not broke I'm not gonna try and fix it.

  2. I sleep with a satin pillow case. I hate scarfs they always fall out or a forget to put them on. I'm not a night person as soon as it hit 9 I'm out and I usually fall asleep. With a silk pillow my hair is always protected and I feel less guilty about protecting my hair.

  3. I sleep with a satin bonnet, scarf, and pillowcase. I'm not paranoid; I love how the silk and satin feels on my skin and I don't get those yucky pillowcase marks in my skin anymore.
