Worked: Ink Pen and Pencil Skirt Look 2

This is essentially the same concept as yesterday, except this time the colors are bolder. Yesterday I used a sleeveless blouse with an unexpected neckline, today I'm just using a regular tank. As I said yesterday, black and white go with everything so when deciding what to pair the 'Ink Pen and Pencil Skirt' with, just think of it as solid black and white. With this look, I decided to pair corals with teals. But again, you can rock this skirt with just about any color solid top. It's when we get into textures and patterns where this look can me made very edgy so stay tuned for that throughout the week.

The 'Ink Pen and Pencil Skirt is from ModCloth and it retails for $39.99.

The genuine exotic stingray cuffs will be your go-to accessory for a pop of color. Not only are they light as a feather (so comfortable you'll forget you have them on), they are the perfect stackable cuffs. Available in 3 cuff sizes: $238–338 Zuma/Loma/Hermosa from Dannijo.

  1. You are working this skirt, girl! I have a skirt in this exact print and it is more of a faux wrap than a pencil skirt. It is also shorter so I might skip the heels but I am loving the color combinations.

  4. I like! How about trying this skirt with yellow and then with a hot pink?

I can not go on Shopstyle or else I will not get ANY work done.
