Can you tell I like playing with belts? They are great for cinching your waist and also good for creating the illusion of a shorter torso. I like looping the end of belts so that they aren't just hanging. I think everybody is starting to do that now especially when a belt is too big. Belts are also amazing because they have the ability to ground a look and make it look more polished.
I'm wearing...
Puff sleeve white button down from Express (got it forever ago, can't remember how much it was $25 -ish).
Buckle Wrap Waist Belt , $25.36 at Asos.
Stripe Skater Skirt, $47.35 at Asos.
Pelle Moda "Caly" platform in Chocco Vintage, I got them for $159.95 but they are on sale for $111.96 on Endless.
Your outfits are super cute!!! I have got to learn to be a minimalist. I have tons of clothes and shoes but I feel like I never have anything to wear. BTW do you wear hose and if so what kind?
ReplyDeleteooh i love this !
ReplyDeletei could see myself walking around campus in something similar
LOVING ALL THE OUTFIT POST!!!! AND THAT BELT IS SO HOT!!!
ReplyDeleteThis is adorable! Lovin' the belt.
ReplyDeleteI agree with the comment above. I need to get more separates, like belts and tops. I have tons of bottoms and shoes, but nothing to pull together a great outfit!
ReplyDelete;o) Glad you all like it!
ReplyDeleteOk can I just say you are about to be swagger jacked!
ReplyDeleteVery cute!
Super cute! I couldn't pull this off (well particularly the skirt) but I love it on you.
ReplyDeleteThis may be a really silly question, but I have a few belts that are too long too. I don't wear them because of that reason, so how do you loop it so that it looks nice and neat, like yours in the picture? Thanks! I am so challenged in the wardrobe department, so this element to the blog helps a lot! :)
