Where I'm from, we called these ponytail holders 'balls', but 'bauble' sounds much chicer. Designed by Mark Davis, it is a burgundy marbled vintage bakelite hair bauble with 1.80ct rhodolite and .24ct spessartite set into 18k yellow gold. Can you guess how much it is? I was WAYYYY off!!! That is outrageous to spend almost a $1,000.00 on some hair balls! This is something that can be easily broken or lost! I have no words! Wait...here's one...Materialistic! SMH
