Goal-Setting Part 3 Write It Down, Make It Happen

So, you've thought about what you wanted out of life. You've ordered it, now to give it more power, write it down. I keep a journal and I write in it every night — religiously. I write what I'm thankful for and also I write what I want. I also write in the present tense and sometimes I create little short stories. I draw pictures and basically whatever helps me feel like I'm living in that dream moment. I do it right before bed so it's great for those nights when you need to wind down and get in bed, but you're not ready to sleep. It really works. Some things have happened overnight, other things have taken a couple of weeks to manifest and there are some dreams that I'm still working on, but I know it will happen in due time.

  1. So true! I actually am reading the book "Write It Down, Make It Happen" by Henriette Anne Klauser. And yes, it does work!

    Love the idea of writing down what you are thankful for.
