Curl Spotter and The Beyonce Body Switch?

Apprently two covers were shot for the December 2010 issue of the beauty supplement for Vogue Nippon: one featuring Alessandra Ambrosio and one featuring Beyonce. Well, the internet is abuzz with bloggers and fashion writers saying that Beyonce's head was photoshopped onto Alessandra's body. From a technical aspect, it seems obvious and clear that they are using one body. The fingers are identical, the earrings are in the same position. Alessandra's photo looks like an unedited image and obviously Beyonce's had some color correcting and looks more finished. They also appeared to have used photoshop to make Beyonce's hips a tad bit bigger while keeping the waist in. I hope this happened because Beyonce couldn't travel to Nippon for the shoot or the dress couldn't be shipped because of customs or something like that, but you never know. What do you think about this?

  2. There's no way every single finger, strand of hair and earring would fall into the same place somebody's face was just inserted.....I don't know who or care who but that's surreal!

  4. Wow I am surprise people are voting why would they do that. I am graphic designer stuff like this happens all the time that's why people should take everything they see in advertising, newspapers and magazines and on products with a grain of salt. it the lovely world of photoshopping.
    It is part of the industry of media. Sometimes in up to the Photoshop artist or graphic designer to make photos possible or more appealing when in doesn't meet the art director, client or the companies needs or desires.

  6. Weird...what was that about??? Was Beyonce having a "fat" day and they decided to just plaster her face on to the body of a model :? I guess they figured people would know that wasn't Beyonce's body so they enhanced the hips a little to make it realistic LOL
