Make The Runway Your Way: Marc Jacobs Spring 2011

One way that I relax and keep up with the trends is to scour a number of fashion sites including Style.com. I thought it would be more productive for me and hopefully helpful and beneficial (for those of you that are too busy), if I shared with you my favorite trends from the runway shows.

So here are Mane and Chic's top picks and trends to notice from the Marc Jacobs show:

1. Dark emerald olive  eyes and burgundy lips
I'm into neutral eye shadows, I typically stick to browns and golds, but one of my favorite shadows is a deep emerald olive like this. It really gives some POW to your eye.

Do this for a steamy spring night out.

3. Off center part, high texture hair and twisted sides

So easy, anybody can do it. All you need is a couple of bobby pins. Perfect style for naturally curly and naturally highly textured hair. This would be good for a casual day look.

4. Faux hair cut, pin up, creative use of bobby pins and loose curls

It will be warming up, you might want to keep that hair up and off your shoulders. This also is perfect for a night look.
